Commission Terms of Service

Upon commissioning me you agree to be held to these terms whether or not you have read them.

I reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone.These Terms of Service are subject to change.Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.- I will not begin work on commissions until I have received full payment.- In instances of character commissions, I will only draw characters owned by you unless you are commissioning a gift. You must specify that it is a gift prior to the commencement of the artwork.- I require a clear photo reference before I can begin.- A minimum of ONE (1) sketch will be provided for approval.
Once a sketch has been approved only minor changes can be made without extra costs.
(I will not change a pose entirely right before I've finished a piece).- In the case of sketch commissions, pose concepts will be provided if a specific pose was not initially requested. Once a concept is approved the pose cannot be changed without extra costs.- Once a piece has been completed any additional changes will incur a fee.- I will only work to meet reasonable deadlines.
(This will vary depending on commission type, if you require an artwork completed prior to a certain date please discuss this with me before payment)- Commissioning an artist does not make you their friend. Please keep messages not related to your commission to a minimum.- Please refrain from asking for updates. If I have made notable progress, I will share it with you.- Please allow up to 6 weeks for the completion of a commission.
(Sketches are an exception, sketch commissions will normally not require more than 3 weeks)- If your commission has not been started within 4 weeks you may ask for a full refund.
(Sketches not started within 3 weeks are also open to full refunds)- You may not use artwork commissioned from me for commercial purposes without discussion prior to the commencement of the artwork. The artwork I create through commissions is for personal use only.- My artwork is not to be used in the training or advancement of AI models, should I learn that an individual has stolen my artwork for such means, they will be blacklisted .Do NOT remove/cover my signature on my artwork.

Design Terms of Service

Upon commissioning me you agree to be held to these terms whether or not you have read them.

Please note that these terms of service apply to all designs created and sold by OHKNII reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone.These Terms of Service are subject to change.Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.Claiming & Payment- Full payment must be received prior to the transfer of the design. In the case of a payment plan, the design will not be transferred until the plan is completed.
- Failure to pay within 24 hours of claiming a design will result in the design being re-listed for sale. This does not apply if a payment plan has been discussed prior to claiming the design. Designs sold at conventions must be paid upfront.
- Refunds are not available for adopts under any circumstances.Copyright & Usage- If you are looking to use my art of the design for commercial purposes or larger projects please consult with me prior to purchasing the design.
- You are required to credit me for the initial creation of any of my designs whether or not the design is changed or altered.
- You may resell, gift or trade my designs.
- You may not resell my designs for more than you initially paid unless extra artwork or physical items are being added to the sale. Please do not increase the asking price of the design by including gift/trade art or base colour-ins.
- You may alter the designs to your heart’s content but please remember to give me credit for the base of the design.
- Do NOT remove/cover my signature on my artwork.
- Do NOT use any of my designs or artwork in the training of AI models.Additional Information- Failing to comply with these terms of services may result in a blacklist.
- Feel free to tag me in art made or received of my designs, I’d love to see what you do with them!
- My designs will not be sold on the following sites, if you have seen one of my designs for sale on these sites please contact me immediately and do NOT purchase it; Amino, Facebook, WhatsApp.
- If you would like to request changes to the original files of the design I may be able to offer modifications to the artwork for an additional fee (unless included in the original sale of the design).
- For designs that include some modifications to the original artwork (ie. name changes, adding pronouns, flags/items etc.) once these modifications have been made and approved any further changes may incur a fee.
